Refund policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. While most of our prints leave the shop looking awesome, here’s what to do if something’s not right, and what you should know about how we handle returns and refunds.
🧾 The Short Version
- Custom prints? Final sale.
- Changed your mind? We accept returns on eligible items—just follow the steps below.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
Since most of our work is made-to-order, here’s the honest truth:
Custom prints, color-matched parts, and anything you approved in a proof are non-refundable.
We made it just for you—we can’t put it back on a shelf.
✅ What Can Be Returned
We’ll accept returns if:
- The item wasn’t custom,
- You contact us within 24hrs of delivery,
- It’s unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition,
- You have a Return Authorization (RMA) from us.
Just email lucianomichael@ampo3d.com with your order number and a quick explanation. We’ll let you know if it qualifies and send you the next steps.
💸 Return Costs & Restocking
- You pay for return shipping.
- There’s a 25% restocking fee on eligible returned items to cover materials and time.
- Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund (minus fees) back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We’ll always make it right if:
- Your item arrives broken (You Contact Us Within 24hrs)
- We sent you the wrong item
- Something’s way off from what we promised
Just send us clear photos of the issue within 24hrs of delivery. Once we verify the problem, we’ll either reprint and resend it or offer a refund—your choice.
📦 How to Return Something
- Email us at lucianomichael@ampo3d.com
- Wait for your RMA number and return instructions
- Pack the item carefully and ship it back within 7 days
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund (or contact you if there’s a problem)
⚠️ A Few Notes
- We’re not responsible for return items lost in transit—use tracked shipping!
- Items sent back without an RMA may be rejected or returned to you
- If your item comes back damaged due to poor packaging, we may not be able to refund you
- ALL returns the customers pays return shipping cost
