Shipping policy
Hey! We know shipping isn’t the most exciting part of 3D printing, but it’s important. Here’s how we handle getting your prints from our shop to your doorstep—no fluff, no surprises.
🛠️ Processing Time
Once your order’s paid and your file is approved, we get to work. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the print.
- Need it fast? Add Rush Processing at checkout and we’ll bump your job to the front for an additional fee.
- Requested a proof or special customization? That adds 1–2 extra business days while we wait for your go-ahead.
📦 Packaging & Handling
We take packaging seriously. Every part is carefully wrapped with protective materials and boxed up like it’s going to war (or at least a bumpy ride through the mail system).
- A $9.99 handling fee is added to every order—this covers packaging supplies, prep, and quality checks.
- Oversized or fragile items may cost a bit more to pack up properly—we’ll let you know if that applies.
🚚 Shipping Options
We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and what you’re ordering.
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
📮 Delivery Issues
We trust our shipping carriers—but sometimes weird stuff happens. If your package is damaged, delayed, or missing, here’s the game plan:
- Damaged package? Snap a few pics and email us within 24hrs of delivery.
- Wrong item or missing parts? Let us know and we’ll sort it out.
- Lost package? You’ll have to work with the carrier to open a claim, we’re not responsible for any errors, delays caused by them.
🧭 Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If it’s wrong and the package bounces back, you’ll need to pay for reshipping + $10 restocking/handling fee.
Need to change your address after ordering? If the order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out quickly. We’ll do our best to catch it—but no guarantees once it’s in the wild.
