Hey, thanks for visiting Ampo3D. Before you place an order or use our site, here’s the fine print—without the legal mumbo-jumbo. These are our basic ground rules so everything runs smoothly on both sides.
1. When You Place an Order
Once you place an order, we get to work. No robots here—just real people (and really awesome printers).
Please double-check your info—like your shipping address and file uploads—so we’re all on the same page.
If we spot an issue (bad file, unsupported design, impossible-to-print geometry), we’ll reach out before printing anything. We’d rather fix things up than ship something you didn’t want.
2. Payment
We take all major cards, PayPal, and other good stuff. Full payment is due when you order—no printing starts until it’s paid.
If something goes wrong with your payment, your order gets put on hold. You’ll get an email about it.
3. Custom Work = Final Sale
Once you give us the green light on a custom design, color choice, or print file, we consider that final.
Because custom parts are made just for you, they’re not returnable!
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours if we haven’t started printing. After that, we’ve probably already started burning plastic, so there’s a 25% cancellation fee to cover wasted time and materials.
5. Shipping
We carefully pack every order and ship it with tracking. You’ll get a notification once it’s on the way.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier hiccups can slow things down.
You’re responsible for putting in the correct address—if it’s wrong and the package bounces back, you’ll need to cover re-shipping.

6. Damaged or Wrong Stuff
If your item shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 24hrs of delivery. Include a couple of photos and your order number.
We’ll discuss the options to resolve the issue.
7. Our Right to Say No
We reserve the right to turn down any order—especially if the design is unsafe, illegal, offensive, or violates copyright law. We’re a print shop, not a courtroom.
8. Liability
We’ll always do our best to deliver high-quality work, but 3D printing isn’t perfect. Small imperfections happen. Slight size variation? Normal. Layer lines? Yep, that’s the nature of the beast.
We’re not liable for anything beyond the cost of your specific order.
9. Updates to These Terms
We might tweak these terms once in a while. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Keep an eye on this page if you like to stay in the loop.
